Debit Card Safety: Brella App and Fraud Alerts
With limitless ways to use your debit card, you need limitless peace of mind. Endurance FCU offers Brella. An app that gives you the ability to monitor your debit card and to set up transaction alerts to be sent to you based on your standards for when your card is used.
With Brella you can also block and unblock your debit card if you think you have lost it! In addition, you can set up to receive alerts from additional cards once you have enrolled your Endurance FCU debit card. Keep track of your debit card and cut down your risk of debit card fraud!
Keeping your account safe and secure is our highest priority. Text Fraud Alerts are part of our debit card protection program.
You will receive text alerts when suspicious activity is detected on your debit card. If you receive a “Shazam fraud alert,” reply Yes or No to confirm or deny the activity. In the event activity is confirmed fraud we’ll also automatically block your debit card to prevent any additional fraudulent activity. If the activity is legitimate, you can continue to use your debit card as normal. If you don’t reply to the text, or your phone number is not a mobile number, we’ll attempt to reach you via automated voice call.

Community Debit Cards: Support Duncan and Elk City Schools With Every Swipe
We are proud to offer the Duncan Demon Debit Card and the Elk City Elks Debit Card to our members! Every time you use one of our community debit cards, funds are contributed directly to Duncan or Elk City Public Schools. It is a simple way to support the next generation of Western Oklahoma students just by making the purchases you already make.
You can use your school debit card instead of cash, credit, or writing a check wherever VISA® is accepted. The amount of purchase is simply deducted from your share draft account.
About VISA® Account Updater: Keeping Your Card Information Current
Endurance Federal Credit Union participates in the VISA® Account Updater (VAU) service, a convenience feature for VISA® cardholders that helps keep your card information current with your authorized merchants. VISA® requires our participation in VAU, and we will submit applicable card updates when your debit, check, or credit card information changes.
How VISA® Account Updater Works
VAU extends the amount of time your account-on-file information is stored with your selected merchants by automatically updating your debit/check or credit card information due to account changes, like the expiration date.
For example, let’s say you’ve enrolled in recurring monthly payments to pay your electric bill with your debit/ check or credit card. As you know, we periodically replace your card, and your new card has a fresh expiration date. Instead of contacting the electric company to update your card information, your card information will automatically be updated, if your electric company is a participating merchant.
How Your Card Information Is Shared
Your updated card information, as applicable, is being sent to VISA®. VISA® will securely store your debit/check or credit card information and release the new information to financial institutions and participating merchants in order to process your requested transactions without interruption.
